Reseteo Natural is the exclusive retreat brand from Kuestiona, the largest Spanish-speaking online academy for personal development. Leveraging Kuestiona’s extensive and loyal following, Reseteo Natural was their first retreat led by a team of professional and widely-known experts. The brand’s philosophy is rooted in providing a space for individuals to disconnect from the daily hustle and reconnect with themselves through an integral approach to wellbeing.
The primary challenge was not to launch a new brand into a competitive market, but to navigate the established identity of a parent brand. Kuestiona is known for its bold, «tough and rebellious» aesthetic, a style that was completely at odds with the calm and introspective nature of a wellness retreat.
An initial attempt to use Kuestiona’s existing branding for the retreats proved unsuccessful. This presented the core creative and strategic challenge: to design a completely new sub-brand identity that would appeal to Kuestiona’s large and loyal audience without alienating them, while also authentically communicating the serenity and purpose of the retreats.
The objective was to create a sub-brand identity that would successfully connect with Kuestiona’s existing audience. We designed a visual identity that deliberately contrasted with the parent brand’s style, using a palette of natural and serene colors to reflect the retreats’ focus on calm and reconnection. This new aesthetic was a huge success, with tickets selling out in under 48 hours and proving that the branding perfectly resonated with the target audience.
